Manny x MUA Palette Review

Hey Beauties ! 🙂

So recently, Manny MUA collaborated with Makeup Geek and created this beauty. If you don’t know who Manny is, do yourself a favor and go check him out here —> https://www.youtube.com/user/MannyMua733 <— he’s my favorite beauty youtuber by far, so talented and down to earth, so funny to watch, so there’s a pretty good chance you’ll love him as much as I do!

This palette has 9 shades, 3 of which Manny created himself. 5 of the shades have a matte finish, 2 have a foiled finish and 2 have a shimmer finish. As you can see in the photo below, the shadows are absolutely stunning,, and perfect for creating a natural everyday look, and also a bold night time look. Please let me know if you guys would like another blog post with a variety of looks using the palette.

Here’s a little bit about the shades…

Beaches & Cream—Beaches & Cream is a soft peachy beige with a matte finish.

Cosmopolitan—Cosmopolitan is a gold-flecked medium rose with a shimmery finish.
Sora—Sora is a medium earthy terracotta with a matte finish.
Frappe—Frappe is a medium maple brown with a matte finish.

I love everything about this palette, especially the fact that it comes with a mirror, which is a bonus for the price, which I think is very reasonable for such a high quality product. And the packaging is gorgeous, as you can see in  the photos below,  a matte black finish with monochrome writing and detail. The palette is also small enough to fit in your handbag or makeup bag, which makes it so handy to travel with, which is one of the main reasons it has become my go to eye shadow palette.

Each shade is super pigmented, the swatches in the photo below are with just one swipe of the finger, so stunning! The beautiful pigmentation means that you really only need a tiny amount of product on your brush, making the palette even more worth the money as it should last a long time, and the shade pans are also replaceable, which is brilliant.

Each shade is so creamy and so blend-able, which makes it so easy to build up the product to how bold you want your look to be. I love the fact that none of the shades, especially the foiled shades, don’t crease on the eyelid at all, even with no eye shadow primer.

My favorite shades at the minute are beaches and cream, luna and cosmopolitan. I know I’m especially going to be loving luna during the spring and summer as I’ve been loving nude / pink lips, and this pinky shade goes with them for a natural everyday look perfectly for a really pretty spring/summer look.

I also have been loving using artemis as an under-brow highlighter, and I’m pretty sure it would also make a beautiful cheek highlight (I must try it).

I would highly recommend this palette, for any skin type or skin tone, and I really think it is so reasonably priced and high quality, and the international shipping is also very reasonably priced, so if you’re looking for a new eye shadow palette where you can create a wide variety of looks, go get your hands on this one.
